The following documents must be received in the office no less than 3 days prior to volunteering as a driver on a school field trip:

Blue volunteer driver form, available in the office
Copy of your vehicle insurance that demonstrates not less than $1 million third party liability, and valid registration/insurance dates,
Copy of your valid BC Driver’s Licence

Driver’s Abstract
Can be sent into the school office by email marigold@sd61.bc.ca. Follow the link http://www.icbc.com/driver-licensing/getting-licensed/Pages/Your-driving-record.aspx​. You can have the document sent to yourself or the school.
